當我說我是基督徒的時候
當我說：「我是基督徒時。」
When I say... "I am a Christian".
我並不是在叫喊着：「我是得救的。」
I’m not shouting "I am saved".
而是在低聲的說：「我曾經迷失過。」
I’m whispering "I get lost!"
「所以我選擇了這條路。」
"That is why I chose this way."
以賽亞書 53 章
6 我們都如羊走迷，各人偏行己路。 耶和華使我們眾人的罪孽都歸在 祂身上。
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
當我說：「我是基督徒時。」
When I say..."I am a Christian"
並不是因為我覺得比你高一等。
I don’t speak of this with pride.
而是承認我一直在蹣跚而行，
I’m confessing that I stumble,
所以我需要一位生命中的嚮導。
and need someone to be my guide.
彼得前書 2 章
25 你們從前好像迷路的羊，如今卻歸到你們靈魂的 牧人監督了。
25 For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
當我說：「我是基督徒時。」
When I say..."I am a Christian"
我並不是在顯示自己很強壯。
I’m not trying to be strong.
而是在承認自己的軟弱，
I’m professing that I’m weak,
並禱告尋求繼續前進的力量。
and pray for strength to carry on.
哥林多後書 12 章
9 祂對我說：「 我的恩典夠你用的。因為 我的能力，是在人的軟弱上顯得完全。」所以我更喜歡誇自己的軟弱，好叫 基督的能力覆庇我。」
9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
當我說：「我是基督徒時。」
When I say..."I am a Christian"
我並不是在吹噓我的成功。
I’m not bragging of success.
而是承認自己的失敗，
I’m admitting I have failed,
並且沒有能力償還所背負的債。
and cannot ever pay the debt.
羅馬書 8 章
3 律法既因肉體軟弱，有所不能行的， 神就差遣自己的 兒子，成為罪身的形狀，作了贖罪祭，在肉體中定了罪案。
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh.
當我說：「我是基督徒時。」
When I say..."I am a Christian"
我並不是在自我宣稱我是完美的，
I’m not claiming to be perfect,
而是讓你看到我生命中的瑕疵是這麼的明顯，
my flaws are too visible,
但 神相信我是有價值的。
but God believes I’m worth it.
以賽亞書 1 章
18 耶和華說：「你們來，我們彼此辯論。你們的罪雖像硃紅，必變成雪白。雖紅如丹顏，必白如羊毛。」
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
當我說：「我是基督徒時。」
When I say..."I am a Christian"
我還是會感到痛如針刺般，
I still feel the sting of pain,
但我有 神來分擔我的心痛，
I have my share of heartaches,
所以我會繼續尋求 祂的面。
which is why I seek His name.
希伯來書 4 章
16 所以我們只管坦然無懼的，來到施恩的寶座前，為要得憐恤，蒙恩惠作隨時的幫助。
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
當我說：「我是基督徒時。」
When I say..."I am a Christian"
我並不是在評價你。
I do not wish to judge.
因為我沒有那樣的權柄。
I have no authority.
我只知道我是被愛着的。
I only know I’m loved.
哥林多前書 4 章
5 所以時候未到，甚麼都不要論斷，只等 主來， 祂要照出暗中的隱情，顯明人心的意念。那時各人要從 神那裏得着稱讚。
5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
When I say... "I am a Christian".
